Who this applies to
If you buy guides or facilitation services from us as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) apply. Business-to-business sales may have different terms agreed in writing.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for a particular purpose you told us about, completed within a reasonable time, and charged at a reasonable price if not fixed upfront. Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match description, and have clear title.
Remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on whether the failure is minor or serious. Nothing in our Terms of Use or Return Policy limits rights you cannot contract out of under the CGA.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead you about what guides contain, pricing, or availability. Advertising and website claims match the product offered. If you believe advertising was misleading, you may contact the Commerce Commission New Zealand.
Pricing and GST
Domestic prices on About are shown in NZD and include GST where we are registered. Invoices state GST separately when required.
Complaints process
- Email hello@dynamwrist.world with your order reference and concern.
- We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within ten business days.
- If unresolved, you may use Consumer Protection NZ or the Disputes Tribunal for claims within monetary limits.
Unsolicited electronic messages
Marketing emails are sent only with consent or as permitted under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. Every message includes our identity and an unsubscribe option.
