1. Overview
This policy applies to printed guides, workshop fees, and digital editions purchased from Dynamwrist. We want you to be satisfied with materials that support calm evening organisation.
2. Printed guides
You may return unused printed guides within 14 days of delivery if they are in resaleable condition. Contact us for a return authorisation before shipping. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Digital editions
Because digital files can be copied, refunds for downloaded editions are available within 7 days of purchase only if you have not accessed or printed the files. Contact us with your order reference.
4. Workshops and facilitation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full fee credit or refund at our discretion. Later cancellations may forfeit the fee unless we can fill the slot.
5. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
6. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive returned goods or approve a digital cancellation.
7. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our goods and services must meet guarantees under the CGA. If a guide or session fails those guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy. This policy works alongside—not instead of—the CGA. Details on Consumer Rights.
